Manyo No Sato (no variegation)

Acer palmatum Manyo no sato is a semi-dwarf Japanese maple cultivar. This tree has a reverted leaf color, meaning that it does not have the variegation of the original cultivar. Instead, it’s leaves are a lovely brick red. The maple has retained the unique leaf shape of this cultivar though. This beautiful maple has fall colors of primarily red/orange. Hardy to -20 degrees. Will grow 6 ft tall by 4 ft wide in about 10 years. Morning sun, afternoon shade is best in hot climates.
